One licence covers one computer at a time. You can move it between machines yourself from the account page, up to twice a month. For two machines at once, buy two licences.
They stay on your computer. Every ARIA product does its work locally and never uploads your files. The only thing that ever reaches our server is your licence key and a machine fingerprint, at activation.
